NDR Kultur Foyer concert on tour with the Armida Quartett

On December 3, there will be cultural enjoyment at the highest level. The celebrated Armida Quartet will play an "NDR Kultur Foyer Concert on Tour" in Bad Doberan.

When the MV Festival and NDR Kultur join forces, the result can only be inspiring. This will also be the case on December 3 in Bad Doberan, when the celebrated Armida Quartet will showcase its skills at the "NDR Kultur Foyer Concert on Tour" in the Grand Ducal Salon Building.

The Armida Quartet is one of Germany's leading string quartets. The award-winning quartet has developed an unmistakable ensemble sound and knows how to spark the audience. Their spectacular success at the 2012 ARD International Music Competition, where the quartet was awarded first prize, the audience prize and six other special prizes, marked the beginning of an international career in which the four musicians have made a name for themselves in the most important chamber music halls in Europe, Asia and the USA.

At the "NDR Kultur Foyer Concert on Tour", they will demonstrate their musical expertise under the moderation of NDR Kultur editor Ludwig Hartmann and ensure a unique evening. The concert is being held in cooperation with the MV Festival and is also a foretaste of next year's festival, where the Armida Quartet will be the prizewinner in residence. The quartet will also join forces with the NDR Radiophilharmonie for the opening concert of the 2026 Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival in Neubrandenburg's Konzertkirche.

Tickets for the exclusive "NDR Kultur Foyer Concert on Tour" on December 3 cannot be purchased, but can only be won. NDR Kultur will be giving them away from November 14 online at www.NDR.de/kultur and in the NDR Kultur app.
