The world is upside down. To understand it, you could try doing a handstand. Or you could sit up straight and face all the madness with humor.
In his new program, Frank Fischer takes you on a journey through a strange country whose weird inhabitants he brings to life with precise observation and subtle humour. He meets sinister Franconians, saucy Ruhrpott women and comes very close to madness when listening to a Saxon radio advertisement.

He also explores the pressing questions of our time:

• Should we give artificial intelligence a chance if natural intelligence doesn't work out?
• Why do we unintentionally make noises in old age?
• And why should we be skeptical when long-distance trains are suddenly on time?

He effortlessly bridges the gap between major world politics and the absurdities of everyday life. Because whether presidents, celebrities or the sales clerk behind the sausage counter - they are all part of GAGALAND.
