You’ll learn about simple herbs that are currently growing in nature. We’ll take a close look at them and process them. You’ll also learn how to use a mortar. You’ll grind your own herbal salt in the mortar—which you can take home, of course. At the end of the herb session, you’ll put together your own wild herb sandwich and enjoy it together as a group.
