As with a good blended whisky, the master blender responsible for MUSIC BLEND is in music, in this case Lutz Krüger. His job is to keep the taste of a well-known and well-established music blend consistent over the years. Five musicians, all with many years of musical and stage experience, form a musical German swing pop blend. All of them have known each other for many years, have played in well-known legendary East German rock formations and can look back on four decades of artistic and musical careers. These include Stern Meißen, Western Union and the group Transit, as well as various well-known big bands and vocal formations. The music academies were a melting pot for the later cooperation. The arrangements are designed in such a way that it is difficult to sit still. Dean Lorenz provides the right setting with his voice and skillful
entertainment. He attracted attention at a young age as a Schöneberger Sängerknabe and later in the Blues Brother show in Berlin. Music recordings for the movie Ice Age 2 or Shrek were stations. Whether at Jeanette Biedermann's concerts or in the musical Buddy, Dean is a Berlin great. He proved this for many years with the Modern Soul Band.
The Music Blend's repertoire is therefore very extensive: it includes well-known songs by German artists such as Roger Cicero and Manfred Krug, but also songs by Keimzeit, Udo Lindenberg and Clueso - all with the band's own typical touch. As different as the individual arrangements are, they have one thing in common: they reach both the heart and the brain. The concerts therefore promise the audience fun and entertaining entertainment.
