Opening of the exhibition "The beautiful Mecklenburg-Vorpommern"

Götz Borgwardt, a painter from Rostock, has devoted himself primarily to landscapes from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and oil still lifes since 2002. He received his artistic training from Friedrich Karl Kurowski, a renowned painter in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

Borgwardt has already exhibited his work in several venues, including the Hanse Klinikum Anklam and the Malchin Museum. He also took part in the state-wide KunstOffen campaign and in "Rostock kreativ" at the Kunsthalle Rostock.

The opening of his exhibition in the Haus des Gastes will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 18:00. Admission is free.
The exhibition will then be on display for five weeks.
