Works from the Plein Air Festival in Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan

At the beginning of May, artists from all over Germany came to Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan to paint, outdoors and quite quickly. They had their blank canvases stamped in the morning and handed in their finished paintings in the evening. In the so-called Free Painting of the Plein Air Festival, atmospheric watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings with motifs from the region were created, which can be seen until June 21, 2025 in the Red Pavilion, open Wed to Sat from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission free.
