Around 160 young musicians will face the juries in over 120 competitions in the solo categories strings, accordion, percussion and vocals (pop) as well as the ensemble categories duo: piano and a wind instrument, vocal ensemble, plucked string ensemble, harp ensemble, chamber music with piano and early music.

The competitions will take place at the ATARAXIA, the Goethe-Gymnasium, the Fridericianum, the Schleswig-Holstein Haus and the Volkshochschule in addition to the conservatory.
