From June to August, we transform the sand at beach exit 7 into your dance floor. Zumba combines rousing music with an effective full-body workout - and the best thing about it: the focus is on having fun! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, everyone can join in right away.
Zumba is movement, music and a good mood. After a short warm-up, simple Zumba choreographies with music are on the program. The main part is a little more intense and combines endurance with fun. And at the end there is a cool-down and stretching.
