Zumba
A class to help you relax and get moving – with plenty of exercise and a cheerful atmosphere, open to everyone.

Zumba is all about movement, music and having fun. After a short warm-up, the session features simple Zumba routines set to music. The main part of the session is a bit more intense and combines endurance with fun. And to finish, there’s a cool-down and stretching.
Please remember to bring the following:
Comfortable sportswear
Clean indoor trainers or sports shoes (please note: sports shoes that do not leave marks (non-marking))
Towel and water bottle (recommended)
