State-recognised health resort
The Waren (Müritz) spa centre is a state-recognised health resort with a spa and bath doctor and is the spa centre of the town of Waren (Müritz). Waren's thermal brine, the local natural remedy, is used in the brine therapy pool, in brine tub baths, at the brine drinking fountain, in the brine graduation room and in brine fogging. Among other things, it is used for outpatient spa treatments.
Therapeutic services
The therapeutic services offered at the spa centre include all the classic therapies such as massages, gymnastics, manual therapy and lymphatic drainage, packs with Freiburg natural fango, tub baths and electrotherapy. Special features of the hotel are the Carbovasal intensive therapy, an effective carbonic acid dry gas bath that improves arterial circulation, and the whole-body cold therapy at minus 110 °C. The health hotel has one of the few whole-body cold chambers in Germany. Cold therapy, also called cryotherapy, is used to treat the musculoskeletal system, autoimmune diseases, sleep disorders, skin and rheumatic diseases. It not only provides relief from discomfort and chronic pain, but also combats burn-out, strengthens the immune system and has a performance-enhancing effect in sports, ensuring faster regeneration. For a healthy diet, the Waren (Müritz) spa centre has specialised in alkaline and interval fasting and offers fasting weeks for this purpose.

At the health hotel you can enjoy four-star hotel comfort with a panorama restaurant, a spacious sauna and bathing area with a heated outdoor thermal saline pool all year round, and you can also discover the unique natural landscape in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
