Diseases of the nervous system

With serious diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, nothing is as it used to be. The family is out of balance and possibly overburdened. You can get expertise and help in the rehabilitation clinics in our federal state.

Diseases of the nervous system are also known as neurological diseases - they can occur at any age. Dementia and Parkinson's disease are typical neurological diseases of old age.

Do you need help in dealing with your illness? In the medical competence centres from the Baltic Sea to the Mecklenburg Lake District, you will receive support from specially trained specialist staff.

Disease patterns at the prevention and rehabilitation centres include

  • Vascular diseases of the central nervous system (circulatory disorders or haemorrhages in the brain and spinal cord)
