Helios Clinic Leezen
As an acute clinic for early rehabilitation and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation centre as well as a supra-regional dysphagia centre, our focus is on the post-acute care of severely ill patients.
At the Helios Clinic Leezen, patients undergoing intensive neurological, neurosurgical, internal medicine and surgical treatment receive curative and rehabilitative treatment with a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic options. The aim is to start treatment as early as possible, usually immediately after acute care.
The Helios Clinic Leezen has intensive monitoring and treatment beds for early rehabilitation in accordance with §108 SGB V (hospital treatment). In addition, 45 ventilation places are available. This makes the clinic the largest intensive care pool in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the largest specialised clinic for the secondary care of seriously ill patients in northern and central Germany.

The intensive care units have 45 treatment places with high-quality therapy beds. In addition, mobile ventilators are available for assisted and supportive ventilation.
Early rehabilitation: Specialised early rehabilitation areas are integrated into all of the hospital's wards. Severely ill patients receive medical care and intensive individual therapy. Non-invasive monitoring is possible if required.

Via the A 24 motorway (Berlin-Hamburg link). At the Schwerin motorway junction, continue on the A 14 to the Schwerin Nord exit and then turn right onto the B 104 towards Schwerin. In the village of Rampe, turn left towards Leezen. Coming from Rostock and Lübeck via the A 20 motorway, take the A 20 directly onto the A 14 as far as the Schwerin Nord exit and then turn right onto the B 104 towards Schwerin. In the village of Rampe, turn left towards Leezen.
By train:
Your destination is Schwerin main station, from there you can reach the municipality of Leezen by public transport.
